ALL additional money received is NON-REFUNDABLE and shall be deemed part of the holding fee should buyer choose to pay more on puppy before he/she is ready to leave. Buyer is to have said puppy paid in full by one week prior to leaving if the puppy is delivered out of state, or at pick up in cash if meeting the buyers in person. The puppy is to be transferred to the buyer at 12 weeks of age or as soon as the next available delivery is available after 12 weeks of age unless the puppy is exceptionally small and/or has hypoglycemia issues, in which case the puppy’s transfer date will be discussed and changed to a date that is best for the puppy. If above said puppy is not paid in full by the agreed upon date there will be a daily late fee charge of $100 a day for up to 30 days as well as half the remaining balance on the puppy due by the puppy’s 12 week birthday. I NO longer take paypal/cashapp/venmo as a form of payment. *I agreeA Holding Fee was Sent on *Health Guarantee: In order to activate the health guarantee, the puppy MUST be seen by a licensed Veterinarian within THREE business days after purchase. Failure to do so VOIDS this guarantee. All findings must be emailed to Tammi Baker at [email protected], this includes a perfect checkup. This puppy has no known physical/congenital defects. We do not sell puppies that are sick, injured, or suffer from any known genetic defects. If within the first year of the puppy’s life, the puppy is diagnosed by at least TWO certified veterinarians as having a life-threatening genetic defect (limited to heart, liver, lungs and kidneys) that is not treatable, the buyer may return the puppy for a comparable puppy of equivalent value (breeder’s choice) when one becomes available. Congenital defects of the heart, liver, lungs and kidneys are included. Luxating patellas, collapsing trachea, and other defects that may occur by injury are not covered. There is no guarantee against diseases such as parvo, corona virus, distemper, or kennel cough. To prevent your puppy from these diseases, please follow through with vaccinations and never take your puppy to public places before all vaccines are administered. The guarantee becomes void if the puppy is given a lepto shot as part of a six-way shot as this can and has caused hypoglycemia issues. If you choose to give the lepto vaccine do so when the puppy is older (6 months or older) in a single shot that is lepto only. While all puppies have a negative fecal before going home, we do not guarantee against worms, coccidia or giardia. Please have your vet do a fecal and treat accordingly. All expenses are the buyer’s as they are normal and routine care for any puppy. All expenses associated with return of puppy (should anything arise with the heart, liver, lungs and kidneys) are the responsibility of the buyer. If buyer chooses to keep puppy after diagnosis, all related expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of death due to congenital defect, a necropsy must be performed and a lab report made to determine cause of death. This is to be done by a licensed veterinarian laboratory of breeder’s choice. Only issues of the heart, lungs, liver and kidney are covered. If it is found that the puppy was abused in any way (including not receiving proper food at all times) this guarantee is null and void. Size, coat, structure and whether the puppy’s ears stand are never warrantied. Due to the unreliable nature of breed DNA tests, no results are guaranteed and no refunds/replacements will be made due to a third party test that is inconsistent with the pedigree on our dogs. All of our dogs are purebred Yorkshire Terriers.I AgreeTransition: During transition period of going to a new home, puppies can exhibit temporary signs of illness due to stress that may include sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, diarrhea, constipation, etc. To help reduce signs of stress feed puppy identical food as breeder provided and offer bottled/ filtered water as well as taking reasonable measures to reduce stress………No long periods of rough play, no long periods of crying, slowly introduce puppy to household, and limit time they are with strangers and other animals. Make sure the puppy has access to food and water at all times, and is eating at least every 3 hours. Leaving food down is necessary while in the puppy stage as yorkies are nibblers and are also prone to hypoglycemia if food is not readily available, especially at night. *I agreeReversion Policy: Should buyer be unable to care for the puppy during its lifetime for any reason whatsoever, the breeder is to be notified and breeder will have first opportunity to take back the puppy at no cost to the breeder and no refund will be given to the buyer and will find a suitable home. The purpose of this is to ensure the proper care of the dog and ensure none of my puppies ever end up in a shelter or rescue environment. Puppy is not to be resold under any circumstances unless permission is given by the breeder. Failure to abide by this will void health guarantee and may result in legal consequences with a fine of $3000 to the buyer. Buyer agrees to provide a loving and caring home for said puppy. Buyer agrees to provide adequate nutrition including a high-quality diet and fresh water at all times. Buyer agrees that said puppy will NOT spend the majority of its life in a kennel or iris pen. Buyer understands they are buying a puppy and that puppies can be destructive, require obedience training, and potty training. Buyer agrees to keep breeder updated throughout the remainder of puppy’s life including providing pictures when requested. *I AgreeLiability Disclaimer: Breeder is not responsible for any medical expenses that arise once buyer receives puppy. Breeder is not responsible for any expenses resulting from actions of puppy. There is no guarantee on luxating patella’s due to injury, hypoglycemia, or any other illness that is treatable and not considered life threatening. Although puppy has been vaccinated with DAP (NO LEPTO) no guarantee is given against these diseases due to their unpredictable nature. If any other arrangements shall be made by the breeder and buyer, they are to be in written form and signed by both. Failure to do so warrants that this contract is still the legal binding contract. *I agreeLimited AKC Terms Puppy is sold as a life-long companion. There is no guarantee on breeding quality, confirmation, coat, size, or breeding soundness. This puppy is guaranteed to have no congenital/genetic defects of the liver, heart, or kidneys. This puppy has been purchased as a pet only, and buyer will be provided with all veterinary records by the breeder’s vet for all vaccinations received in the breeder’s care. Buyer can receive limited AKC papers if requested in writing once PROOF of spay/neuter is received for an additional $100.00 on certain litters only if limited if written on this contract. Buyer is to have their Veterinarian send proof of spay/neuter to the breeder via email to [email protected] *I agreeThe only exception is if the buyer’s veterinarian recommends a later date due to the puppy’s smaller size, in which case it will be delayed until the veterinarian recommended date. The buyer is to notify the breeder of any changes to this schedule and their veterinarian is to send proof of spay/neuter by no later than 1 year unless it is determined that the puppy cannot be altered due to any medical reasons. Proof of this is to be sent to the breeder by a licensed Veterinarian via email to [email protected]. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of $1000.00 *I agreeIf the puppy has been bred, the buyer shall pay a penalty to the breeder the amount of $1500.00 plus $500.00 per puppy sold as this puppy was sold as a pet only without rights to breed.I AgreeLegal Disputes: Should any problems or legal disputes arise, buyer agrees to first contact breeder to solve any problems or disputes.
